You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not been shipped yet. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
We take utmost care in packaging and shipping our products. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with photographic evidence. We will initiate a refund or replacement based on the assessment.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
